Cancellation Policy

At Diocraft, we carefully prepare every order, from miniature artworks to eco-conscious jewellery. We understand that sometimes an order may need to be cancelled. Our cancellation policy is designed to keep the process simple and fair.

1. Cancellation of Regular Products

Orders for ready-to-ship products may be cancelled before the order has been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your:

• Order Number

• Name

• Registered Email Address

• Phone Number

• Reason for Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled. You may instead be eligible for a return or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Custom-Made Diorama Orders

Custom dioramas are made specifically according to the customer's requirements and therefore require special consideration.

A custom order may be cancelled before production begins.

Once design approval, material preparation or production has started, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is accepted after work has begun, any refund will depend on the stage of production and costs already incurred by Diocraft.

Any applicable advance payment, design fee or material cost may be non-refundable.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible through the normal cancellation process.

If you no longer require the product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for applicable options.

4. Cancellation by Diocraft

Diocraft reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect or incomplete product information

• Pricing or technical errors

• Payment-related issues

• Delivery restrictions

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If Diocraft cancels a successfully paid order, the applicable amount paid by the customer will be refunded through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed after cancellation is confirmed. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment service provider.

7. Important Note

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation. Cancellation is confirmed only after Diocraft has reviewed the order status and communicated confirmation to the customer.
